NDIS Brokerage Service

In 2019 we helped a father whose daughter was recommended an iPad through the NDIS. The iPad was approved, but they couldn’t buy it from any of the usual retail outlets – they had to buy it from a registered provider in the NDIS system. We helped him and thus our brokerage service was born. Without any promotion on our part, the service has grown rapidly, especially through the Covid-19 period. We have supplied iPads and low-cost computers to hundreds of people in the NDIS system throughout Australia. Brokerage is now a significant part of our work! It has broadened to include trampolines, wheelchairs, lawn mowers, incontinence underwear, gym equipment and more. We are not making recommendations regarding these products, it is a purchasing service, a new arm of the work we do.
